A Fast Mile

Today I did not have a lot of time do a long run, so I decided to sprint a mile.  I finished in 6 minutes and 50 seconds, which was awesome for me.  I finished the mile then just jogged back to my house another half mile or so.  


I'm on a water drinking diet (with some juices here and there) up until the race.  It's amazing how good you feel by only drinking water and cutting out sodas.  You all should try it sometime...


Race is in 17 DAYS!!
